Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with your KeeperVoice experience. Because our products involve the creation of custom, personalized content using AI voice technology, our refund policy reflects the nature of what we deliver.


The Voice Keepsake — $79

If your audiobook has not yet been delivered: You are entitled to a full refund. Contact us at keepervoice.ai@gmail.com with your order number.

If your audiobook has been delivered: Because your Voice Keepsake is a fully custom product — created specifically from your voice recording — we are generally unable to offer refunds once the audiobook has been delivered. However, we handle every situation with care.

We will issue a full refund or re-deliver at no charge if:

  • Your audiobook was delivered with significant technical errors (corrupted audio, wrong book title, severe distortion)
  • The voice quality is clearly unusable due to a processing error on our end, not the quality of the submitted recording
  • Your order was not delivered within 24 hours of submission

We are unable to issue refunds if:

  • The voice quality does not meet your expectations due to a short, quiet, or unexpressive recording on your end
  • You submitted a recording and simply changed your mind
  • You selected the wrong audiobook title (please double-check before submitting)

Living Library Narrations

Each Living Library narration is a custom, one-time delivery.

We will issue a full refund or re-deliver if:

  • The narration was not delivered within 24 hours of text submission
  • The narration contains significant technical errors not present in your submitted text
  • Your submission was rejected for copyright reasons before processing began

We are unable to issue refunds if:

  • You are dissatisfied with how the voice sounds on a particular piece of text (voice quality is determined by the original Voice Keepsake recording)
  • You submitted text that violated our content rules and the submission was rejected after processing began

How to Request a Refund

Email us at keepervoice.ai@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A brief description of the issue
  3. If applicable, a description of the technical problem

We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.


A Note on Voice Quality

The quality of your voice clone is directly tied to the quality of the recording you submit. A quiet, short, or monotone recording will produce a voice clone that sounds quiet, short, or monotone. We provide detailed guidance on how to record well, and we encourage you to follow it carefully.

If you are unhappy with your voice quality and believe it is due to a processing issue rather than your recording, please reach out — we will review it and work with you to find a solution.
